Boy who inspired me at every step – Vaibhav Chaudhary
I usually don’t gel up with people so easily. It takes a
while for me to do so. On my first day at college, everyone looked stranger to
me and all of them were gossiping with each other, sharing laugh, having fun
and all sort of enjoyment was happening.(I had joined college when our Pre-term
was about to get over) There was only one guy except me on that day who was
sitting quiet, he was Vaibhav! Looked very calm, serious and truly a
professional (He wore formals that day as he usually does).
Our class got over. We came out of our classroom (Room No. 2)
and stood in the corridor. We looked at each other and he started talking to me
about what happened in class. (I wondered! How is this guy talking to me?) I also
didn’t mind. I also started talking, eventually shared few laughs and I got my
first ‘FRIEND’ at FIIB.
Since then, he has taught me a lot. I was very hesitant in
talking with people around. He inspired me to talk, to come out of my comfort
zone. Guy who was fearless, made me strong enough to find a way back in
unfavorable situations. Guy who was crazy about cars, made me crazy too. Guy
who loved graffiti, made me inclined towards sketching. Yes! I now make cartoon
sketches when I get time.

I loved seeing him laughing (He laughed like a Kid). His
chubby cheeks added to the pleasure of watch him more.
I used to enamor, respect him a lot but never actually told
him that. I admired the way he used to give presentations in class. I always
wanted to present with him but never got a chance in the first year and when I
finally have got the chance to present with him in the group project of Business
Intelligence Analytics (BIA) on 13th September 2014, he has left me
alone to stand and deliver.
It was him who has made me addicted to shows like Suits (TV
Show), Vampire Diaries (TV Show), Breaking Bad (TV Show). I called him ‘Harvey
Specter’ I was his ‘Mike Ross’ (Characters from Suits)!! (He made me watch TV
Shows for a purpose. We both used to play characters).These little things have
made a significant impact in my life.
I want to thank him for everything he has given to me. I
want to thank god for giving me the chance to be a part of his life. The best
thing that has happened to me at FIIB is I met him!!
I feel like part of ‘Vaibhav’ is in me but with whom I am
very angry for being so careless still I am not ready to lose him again. He has
played his part, it’s my turn now. He’ll be with me forever.
When I saw you (vaibhav) in hospital, I felt like
taking away all your pain so that you can stand up and hug me again. Brother,
we could have done it together like Damon and Stefan Salvatore did in Vampire
Diaries.
I know God just does the teleporting business of shifting
people (souls) from one corner to the other corner of this world. I know you
are somewhere in this world. I am hoping to meet you again since Hope is a
good thing!!
Brother, wherever you are, May god gives you all the
happiness in this world!! I love you!
